Linn Friberg is an electronic music producer, active since 2005. She is an owner of Nova Beat Estate, formerly a record label based in Cyprus (2006-2012), and nowadays a production moniker (2020-present). Along with Trine Nielsen and Mel Higgins, she was active in Dream Aid, a collaborative storytelling project focused on poetry and short stories. She is one of the producers behind the long-running podcast [med.mera], showcasing diverse electronic music from the 2000s and 2010s. Her current music projects include Nimbostrata, Ann Or Lunda, and The Itinerant. She is currently a student at Linköping University.
Thomas Park is a multi-disciplinary artist from Saint Louis, Missouri. Among various media and disciplines, he is primarily a musician, known for creating ambient, drone, electroacoustic and other experimental works, which are predominantly available for free as netreleases. For 15 years, Thomas authored over 5000 original pieces of audio material. Thomas' main musical projects were AutoCad, Mystified, Mister Vapor, Grid Resistor and Model 201. The Kinetic Collective consists of sound researchers with a diverse academic background in the field of cognitive musicology. Drawing inspiration from Stephen Wolfram (author of "A New Kind of Science"), the Collective produces algorithmic music for accessing different brain functions and investigating the effects of the musical stimulus on these functions that play an integral role in memory, language, emotion, etc.
